We come to you collect, store and return the boxes and other items you select using the SpacePAL Mobile App
To start things off, we drop off FREE Storage Boxes for you to pack, and QR Coded Storage ID Tags to attach to your own boxes or other items to store. Then use our app to arrange a storage pickup. You can also select the boxes or other items you need to have returned from storage.
Our operating hours are 7am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, with an after-hours service from 6pm-9pm. Box drop-off and storage pick-up are FREE for customers who reside in an in-zone suburb. If you reside in the Grey Zone below, we still service your area but need to apply a small out of zone charge.
